This app is worth it’s weight in gold to me. I use it mostly for pain management but it’s great for a self esteem boost too! I had a paid app offering much less!

I have been looking for an app that allows me to customize my own message and this one is perfect. The free version offers a lot. I purchased the customizable affirmations and it’s exactly what I needed. I had a slight problem initially (turns out I just needed a software update) and David Ezzell was incredibly helpful and friendly!  He returned my email immediately and his follow up was very kind.

I am really impressed with this app. The free version lets you choose among several affirmation types and multi background music/sounds options. (It’s worth the $15 fee to get more options of both.) You can simply read in their suggested powerful words for stress or weight loss or whatever or make up your own words. It’s so powerful to hear your own voice affirming what you want. With simple sliders you can adjust the volumes of the voice and background, and you can still change the music at any point in the future with one touch! There are options of how long to make your affirmation, whether to loop it and for how long. I’ve been looking for an easy app like this for years. This app is new in 2019. At this point they even include a phone number, and Ron was happy to talk to me about additional possible features.

Relaxing music with different affirmation sets like, I am Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise and Every Day in Every way I am Better and Better, which you record in your own voice and plays over relaxing soothing music. Record as many affirmation sets as you want, for sleep, pain, stress, weight, cancer, smoking, confidence, sports, and much more. Amazing app!!!!
