Most often does not work, place finger on camera and what? Look at a useless screen while it does nothing. Deceptive and dangerous

I don’t get it! It says 4+ on the App Store but it has a really scary voice! It said “ put your finger on the camera”. It wouldn’t even let me get out of the App! I recommend you do not download this app it is a very bad App well it is scary.
