## What is My Hero Patient Portal?

My Hero is a secure patient portal for patients of participating healthcare practices. Depending on your practice, use the app to view appointments, exchange secure messages with your care team, review health records, manage billing information, upload requested documents, and keep account settings current.

Bluetooth blood pressure device support is intended for patients in the United States using compatible FDA-cleared blood pressure monitors. Use connected medical devices only as directed by the device manufacturer and your clinician. My Hero does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical judgment. Seek a doctor's advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions. For emergencies, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Soaper Phone
Your practice line now lives in the app. Incoming calls ring with the familiar iPhone call screen even when the app is in the background or closed, so a call routed to you is never missed. Place calls from the built-in dialer with recent patients one tap away, and use mute, hold, keypad and transfer while you are on a call.

Faster new patient registration
Register a new patient in a fraction of the time by scanning a driver's license or state ID and an insurance card with the camera. The scanner now reads the barcode on the back of a license, and close-up focus is much sharper, so cards and barcodes capture on the first try.
