Need to look something up while trying to understand your benefits? Sorry, have to log back in and start from scratch again. Also, the biometric login “expires” after a certain amount of time, and you have to log in with your username and password. The biometric login is MORE SECURE AND CONVENIENT. You are making the app LESS SECURE AND INCONVENIENT by requiring this. Literally no other app I use has the biometrics expiring. You can check the formulary, but you need a medical degree to understand the categories. How much is a medication going to cost based on tier? Doesn’t say. Need to find out? The chat is useless. You need to send a message. Did anyone receive the message? Hard to say because there’s no type of confirmation. Overall a terrible experience for anything remotely useful.
