## What is My HIIT 365?

Simple yet beautiful and functional HIIT Timer app with 13 exercises. Set up your own duration for exercise and rest phase before starting. Every exercise is accompanied by an animation showing you the exercise. The last 3 seconds of an exercise are with a beep sound and so are the last 3 seconds of every rest phase. This way you do not have to look at the display all the time. Exercises and rest phases can be paused.
