No tracking. Regards, MyHKG App Team ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work - terrible *2024-02-29, version 1.7.9* In 2019 I used the previous Hong Kong Airport app and it was genuinely really useful and made my 9 hour layover so much easier. In 2024 I’ve tried using the app on 2 separate visits and not once have I been able to get the app to load. It just stays on the loading screen forever. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, but this has made no difference. Currently (Feb/Mar ‘24), this app is pointless and exits without purpose. It’s also hard to actually get points since you have to manually submit receipts frequently.
