I am a security professional and this no longer works with my lyric that I have at my residence after the iOS 18 upgrade

This app is out of date. Not updated in 5 years. Has it been replaced by something else?

Registered my iPhone and iPad on the controller keypad, and the next day the app makes me register them again. And again after a day or so. And again. On the keypad it shows these devices but with a yellow triangle and exclamation mark error symbol next to each. The app seems old, and doesn’t fit on the newer iOS screens, so maybe the disconnects happen because the app is dated.

When it connects to the device it’s fine, but it connects only 2% of the time. Yes I’m connected to the WiFi and all that jazz. But it rarely connects to the device, the wheel just turns.

The app does allow you to control smart home devices, which is nice.  However, it takes a long time to reconnect to the controller, and often won’t reconnect at all.  

Some major improvements would be remote access and smart scene programming capability.

I love this app - its perfect for using with wall-mounted iPads around the house without having to have an additional security keypad cluttering up the wall. Please update to support the current screen sizes of the iPads and iPhones so I can continue to make use of the app.

Great app to interact with the panel. Only issue is that I have to register my devices after a few days.
