## What is My Home Dashboard?

Home Dashboard lets you use an iPad as a smart home controller hub, while also showing your favorite pictures.

Designed to be used on an iPad mounted somewhere in your apartment, you can control your smart home devices in your home on the bottom strip, and show pictures above it from an SMB server, or from your device's gallery.

You can control your scenes and accessories from the home strip, and also customize which ones you want to see on the home settings screen.

You can also create a floorplan, where you will be able to turn on and off accessories just by tapping on the room itself.

There's also a strip above the image, where we show you which motion or contact sensors are triggered. You can also customize which ones you want to see, in case you have a lot of them. Also, these sensors can be assigned to a room in the floorplan view, allowing you to see at a glance which sensors are triggered in your house and in which room.

## Key features

- Smart home device control
- Digital picture frame functionality
- SMB server photo support
- Device gallery photo support
- Customizable home strip
- Floor plan room control
- Sensor status display

### 1/5 — Great concept. Terrible Execution!

*2024-04-17*

Love the concept of being able to draw your own floorplan and control your smart home devices on it. Sadly, the execution of this concept is very badly flawed and the Dev seems to have given up (2yrs since last update). Yes, you can draw your (very basic) floorplan BUT you can only add ONE device and ONE sensor! WHAT?!?!?!? The whole point of a fully developed “smart home” is that a room will have MANY devices….lights, blinds, cameras, locks, TVs, speakers etc etc. All you can do on the floorplan is turn one device on/off. No scenes. No dimming. No colour. Just on or off. I still haven’t figured out how to get to settings to change the language to English either not to mention other settings that might assist this app. Such a disappointment. :(

### 4/5 — Really love this concept.

*2024-01-24*

Really like the idea of this app and from what’s there it a great starting point but is it possible to change the temperature unit, time format, and default language?

### 5/5 — Very nice

*2022-09-15*

I really like this app. The only 2 things I request are the ability to change indoor temperature to C° or F°, and have a current outside weather option.
