The app does not have real time updates at all. Customer service is extremely unprofessional. Rude to me, rude about the store. Talked to me like I was an idiot. Insisted they called me though I had no missed calls or voicemails, and had already confirmed via email. Way over priced for the experience given. Didn’t show up the first time, didn’t call to let me know the would be late the second time, if they even show up. Would not recommend.
