The match three levels are progressively getting harder, to the point where it sort of steers you to shop, and then the art is ok, the story is not very deep, as I’m looking for something really romantic not a lovers quarrel over a baby. I’m sorry. Not for me tho! The art is sort of, I don’t know, 🤷‍♀️ to real to be real, yet not fake enough? I know that makes no sense, but it’s not clicking with my artistic senses. (Before her baby). I can’t even get close to winning without some help. I don’t pay for games. So many games, if you keep trying you will win but not this one. I don’t like giving up but I don’t see how I can possibly win without help. Many. Ads. *2023-01-03, version 1.4.00* It is insane how many ads play in a 5 minute period. I would love the game, but multiple times I’ve won a level and I never got the reward money. On top of that, the side story has just stopped playing all together. So it’s nothing special. The glitches are crazy sometimes too. But the ads make me not even want to play. ### 2/5 — Was fun at first *2022-12-08* This game was really fun up until the only way you could pass a level was by spending money. Just like all the games out there. I don’t know what happened, but only about a couple of days into playing this game, the commentary completely disappeared so it’s kinda boring now. There’s tons of bugs too that need to be fixed as well which doesn’t surprise me seeing as it looks like it’s been 6 months since the last time they put an update out for it. ### 2/5 — Dude… *2022-10-27, version 1.4.00* The story isn’t viewable after the second room. ### 3/5 — Good game but can be frustrating *2022-08-21* Love this game. I’ve been playing for months so obviously it’s getting harder to pass a level but so frustrating that lately everytime I’m in the middle of a level the game crashes and it just closes the app.. So annoying when you’ve been trying for some time to pass a hard level and then this happens.. You lose a life on top of it.. I was only able to read the story for the 1st 2 episodes then it disappeared. The story is one of the best things about the game. I reported it months ago with no response. Reloaded the game yesterday and still the story doesn’t work. I have had the same level crash on me three times all on rounds where I have been very close to beating it. It’s not even a way to sign in so you won’t loss your progress because once the game keeps getting errors. You spend ALL of your time getting through the inane dialogue of these animated characters and trying to get coin with these stupid puzzle games only to have the game dictate what you do in designing the room. The ONLY choice you get is to pick between 3 colour options. BBOOOOORRRRRING!!!! Stupid, STUPID GAME! It. Is. GONE!!!! Don’t waste you time. ### 1/5 — What happened to CookApps???? *2022-11-04, version 1.4.00* For so long, CookApps boasted some of the more iconic games on the AppStore. They were fun, quirky, challenging and adorably unique. Then inexplicably the developer went in a very different direction of home & garden decor and RPG and that is when the game portfolio went downhill. The match-3 portion of the games - which should be A+++ given CookApps’ expertise in this genre - is second-rate at best and as for the decorating portion, it’s just meh. One of the saddest outcomes for a former great in game development. What makes it so sad?
