Constantly asks while using the app to accept cookies. Constantly makes me re-enter password. Incredibly annoying. No link to facial recognition or pin option for access

To be clear, this is really only about the app. It was always iffy, but with the latest update the constant need to log in has gone from painful to extremely annoying - it doesn’t synch with iOS correctly so you have to call up the whole list of passwords every time and search for the right one.

App design and concept is itself quite good and options presented are good as well.

Few UI and functional issues; does not stay logged in, user has to log in every time and sometimes it fails to log in

Some screen freezes and errors out regularly even when using the app.

Needs a bit more polishing up.

Really awesome way to share information with the residents community. Sometimes it’s a bit buggy or slow but generally works well.

I had quite a few issues trying to sign up and in. 
Once in it kicked me out in order to change settings, and then I had to restate the issue.
