This one is useless. This app appears to have stopped logging any of my digital savings after using it for 2 months, Jan and Feb 2024. My savings with this app has probably been less than $10 in 6 months. I saved a little over $1,000 last year shopping Kroger and using their app for coupons and in store savings. A new Harp’s opened up less than 2 miles from me, but I’ll continue to do my main shopping at Kroger 8 miles away. I enjoy Harp’s grocery, but you’re prices are too high without the option of digital coupons and your selection is much more limited than our local Kroger. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-06-21* I think this app is just a scam to get your info it won’t let you even sign in once you put your info in. I really wish they would revamp it and make it more user friendly. Show me what aisle the green beans are on, show me sales etc. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2024-04-17* I thought that this was really going to be good, but after reading the reviews from other people I can see why the reviews are bad. When I first started using this all was good but the second time my savings were not added. So I just deleted it. It’s not worth my time and money. The store is really close to my house, but the prices are really high. I can get it cheaper elsewhere so I’ll just drive further to get the items that I need and not use this store. ### 1/5 — Not Worth The Trouble *2024-04-02* I was completely disgusted with this app after using it a while when it first came out so I deleted it. I decided to give it a try. It’s pretty much the same. Rewards expire in 60 days - IF you even get them. On a shopping trip this weekend I bought three things that were supposed to get rewards on and only one showed up. I love the store but they can do better on this. ### 1/5 — Not Even Searchable *2023-10-29* 95% of the time no results can be found, even if I spell it correctly! I use the app to see if an item is available and then if there is a coupon… don’t count on even finding the item let alone a coupon! Previous app versions I could search and find things, now it just takes up a tile space on my phone! ### 1/5 — Meat at the Harps pricecutter location on hwy 64 in Van Buren,AR *2023-09-13* I have bought meat from them on several occasions and most of the time when I get it home it’s bad meat and smells bad. Well tonight I also bought meat from there dated the sixteenth of this month, I believe that’s Saturday anyways didn’t have any meat at the house but what I just bought. Thank you Harps in Van Buren on hwy 64 for selling me bad meat once again!!!!🥵😰 no protein or iron for tonight even though I’m anemic, I suppose I will just stay cold. I suggest you guys get your meat straight before someone retaliates because of sickness from spoiled meat. No point in bringing it back cause then I must go to a different store with it and it’s 9pm at night. Won’t be back for anything expensive because that’s your rotten meat. ### 1/5 — Pitiful app *2023-01-15* This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. I removed it. Faster to drive to the store and look for myself than it is to use this app. I cannot give it any stars. But of course to send a review I have to give it at least a 1. ### 1/5 — Coupons Don’t Work *2022-09-14* You don’t get the coupon discount that’s advertised in the weekly ad. I wasted my time so many times trying to get the coupon price that I chose on my phone. I got so frustrated that I haven’t shopped at Harps the last 8 months. Trying to get the pay machine in the store for credit didn’t work either when I put my phone number in. It kept stating no account. ### 2/5 — Worst grocery shopping ad ever! *2022-07-19* I’ve attempted ( key word) to sign into this app for years with little to no success! So I use only as guest. Also stores could better training checkout personnel how to help use Coupon feature. ### 1/5 — Maybe In Time It Will Work *2022-06-07* This app is just not ready for public use. Shopping lists disappear, coupons disappear after clipping, rewards never show up, etc. It does show the weekly ad, so that is good. Nothing about it works. Coupons and savings from the app will not work in the stores and when you show the cashier the deal and discount you should be receiving she will call Wanda over to look at it, verify it, then Wanda will respond with— we’re not directly connected with the app, it’s a 3rd party, so you will have to call corporate and maybe they can help you. ANNOYING ### 1/5 — Bogus! *2024-12-26, version 4.0.33* Pay attention and ask questions before downloading. Pretty much a waste of time and space on your phone. ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2024-11-21* Coupon items selected are not automatically added to your list. Those have to be individually added. Then, it’s hit and miss on whether the items purchased will pick up on “clipped coupons”. I’ve also been told by cust service that the membership barcode and coupon barcode have to be scanned separately; coupons at the beginning of the transaction, membership at the end. Which doesn’t make sense given that clipped coupons are supposed to be added to the wallet. Still, “savings” will not always be applied. It continually ran in the background instead of shutting down like I wanted it to. I never give anyone permission to follow me at all times. This app tried to do that. Now I came back to update the app and see if they had improved it, and it will not let me sign in because my phone number is existing, but my email address is not recognized! Just too much trouble to try to utilize their app for discounts.
