When a customer spends ₹50,000–70,000 on facilities such as Wi-Fi-enabled and app-operated devices, it becomes the company’s responsibility to ensure reliable service, seamless functionality, and a satisfactory user experience. Unfortunately, it appears that the company is not giving adequate attention to the inconvenience faced by its customers. The app’s performance falls far short of expectations and does not justify the amount customers are paying for these products and services. ### 1/5 — Applications does not have option to change address and cancellation of order *2026-03-30* Application doesn’t have option to change address for order and cancellation of order. Customer support is to bad no one is taking any responsibility. Customer support email is also useless due to no acknowledgement and there are no any escalation related email. I try to escalate issue with consumer support 1915. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2026-02-15* I have ordered descale power from the app and it is still not delivered after 6 days. At the time of ordering app was showing that it will be delivered within 24 hrs now its been 6 days and the order is still not delivered. Reached out to customer support 4-5 time in 6 days, every time they say we are looking into this on Priority but I don’t think they understand the meaning of Priority. I have added washing machine in appliances section but it does not show the manual in it. The manual button shows disable. This is completely waste of time, energy and money. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. We will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible. ### 5/5 — App is working as expected, But… *2026-01-16* When I set mix daily from app with 40 degree and wash is done. After operating same mix daily with cold wash is not working. That takes 40 degree temperature from last settings from the app. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Service Experience *2025-12-24* Dear IFB Team, Thank you for finally completing the AC service. However, the way this was handled makes it feel as if a basic service was done as a favor, not as a responsibility. I would like to clearly state that the harassment and inconvenience faced during three service visits will not be forgotten. This entire experience has completely destroyed my trust in IFB. Even after the service has been completed, your staff is still showing my request as pending, which clearly reflects the inefficiency and lack of coordination within your service system. Based on this experience, I want to make it very clear that I will never purchase any IFB product again in my lifetime. I will also share my honest feedback and experience with others so they can make an informed decision. This is not the level of service expected from a reputed brand. Live Activity to show washing status for the Wifi connected variants. 2. Notification when clothes have been washed for the Wifi connected variants Deducting a star, because these are must have features to have. Update - November 28, 2024 With the latest release, it now provides the ability to update your smart washing machine and it works flawlessly! Although I am yet to see notifications for wash cycle complete utilizing live activity API / apple watch notification / simple notification This innovative app empowers you to effortlessly manage and monitor your IFB washing machine. Can’t even accept issue . Despite repeated follow-ups with your customer care team, no effective action has been taken till now. Every time I call, I am simply told that “the issue will be resolved tomorrow,” but nothing ever happens. To make matters worse: • Your authorized service center is demanding money for repair, even though my product is still under warranty. • Your area manager has also asked for money, and when I refused, I was threatened and spoken to rudely. ### 4/5 — Sleep profile not working in AC control *2025-04-18* The app crashes when sleep profile in clicked on the AC control.
