## What is My iGEM?

iGEM is an international organization dedicated to advancing the field of synthetic biology and building the global synbio workforce through education and competition, while cultivating an open, collaborative, and cooperative community that strives to find solutions for a healthier, more resilient, and sustainable world.

The My iGEM App is built for all iGEM account holders to connect with the community and enhance the iGEM experience. This first version of the app is built to support the 2025 iGEM Grand Jamboree - The World Expo of Synthetic Biology — helping you access your digital ticket and check-in, plan your schedule, network and chat with participants, explore the event, and stay updated with notifications.
