Ora quasi perfetta. Relativamente alla centralina, a parte un breve periodo iniziale, in 4 anni mai avuto problemi di connessione o malfunzionamenti. È il primo (ed a oggi forse il più completo) sistema dí personalizzazione dell’algoritmo di attivazione. ### 4/5 — In&box application *2025-10-22, version 3.4.9* Très intéressant et fonctionnalité s en matière de sécurité proposée suffisante. Quelques bug de synchronisation et mise à jour qui plante sont de nature à mettre un doute sur l’efficacité de l’airbag. À fiabiliser donc. Il faudrait compléter le dispositif avec un capteur GPS, détection de mouvement, et une SIM à mettre sur la moto avec appel automatique aux forces de l’ordre pour , notamment suivre la moto et lutter contre les vols de motos et augmenter la réactivité des forces de l’ordre. ### 2/5 — System Top, App leider nach über 8 Monaten ein Flop! *2025-09-08, version 3.4.6* Hatte mir die Weste gekauft, natürlich wegen der Airbag Funktion. Aber auch um zu sehen wie viel ich so fahre, da es verschiedene Maschinen sind. Leider funktioniert diese Funktion in der App überhaupt nicht mehr, immer nur „wir verbessern“! Wenn es nicht klappt, warum lässt man dann nicht die vorhandene Ansicht? Echt schade, für den Preis und die monatlichen Kosten. ### 2/5 — Le maillon faible *2025-09-01, version 3.4.6* En premier lieu je voudrais insister sur la légéreté de l'ensemble gilet airbag et boîtier in&box qui se fait oublier tant en été que lors des saisons plus froides sous des vestes adaptées. Ensuite bien évidemment sur le sentiment de sécurité qu'il vous procure lorsque vous le portez, non seulement il permet il un déclenchement de l'airtag quasi instantané lors d'un accident mais en plus votre parcours est tracé et les secours alertés. Par contre ce logiciel est d'une nullité crasse, absolument pas intuitif et bourré de bugs. L'alliance de gilets airbags fonctionnant sous le systéme In&motion est à recommander à tous, mais si vous voulez vous évitez des crises de nerf et migraines inutiles n'utilisez pas ce logiciel qui représente une contre publicité pour un service qu'il est censé faciliter ### 3/5 — Updates funktionieren nicht *2025-08-04, version 3.4.5* Die Updates der Software funktionieren quasi nie bei den ersten Versuchen - andauern bricht die Box ab, ohne einen Grund anzugeben ### 3/5 — Funktioniert nur teilweise *2025-07-17, version 3.4.3* Einige Funktionen geh schon seit über 6 Monaten nicht mehr. Allerdings finde ich es schade dass die Funktion nicht verfügbar ist wo man die Statistik sieht wie viele Kilometer man gefahren ist. Diese ist seit Anfang des Jahres (so lange nutze ich sie erst) leider nicht verfügbare. ### 2/5 — Statistik *2025-07-06, version 3.4.2* Seid über einen Halbjahr funktioniert die Statistik in der App nicht! Da sollte endlich mal was passieren. Man bezahlt auch dafür. Vielleicht erstmal wieder die alte Version in die App tun, bis die Version funktioniert. Have a nice day and a good trip, ### 4/5 — Super produit mais … *2025-07-04, version 3.4.2* Utilisateur de cette application avec un airbag furygan EVO+ depuis bientôt un an, je la trouve très pratique. Seulement voilà, j’ai mis une étoile en moins car depuis les dernières mises à jour, je suis obligé de relancer l’application systématiquement à chaque fois que je veux allumer ou éteindre la In&box. Est-ce l’application ou le boîtier ? En tout cas c’est pénible au quotidien. ### 2/5 — Équipement au top mais application qui bug *2025-06-20* Cela fait 1 an que je roule avec un gilet ixon l’équipement est au top le boîtier aussi l’autonomie est parfaite et l’encombrement aussi. En revanche depuis maintenant 3 mois l’application a beaucoup de problème des perte de connexion avec le boîtier pendant qu’on roule cela ne rassure pas mais la box du gilet est toujours verte donc normalement cela nous indique que tout est fonctionnel, les kilomètres ne fonctionne plus depuis 3 mois malgré les synchronisations , la perte du mot de passe pour se connecter par l’application de manière aléatoire , les bug de synchronisation du compte qui nécessite de ferme et relancer l’application pour établir la Connexion. Bref en soit le matériel rien à dire mais l’application a minima sur la connexion ainsi que son maintien pendant le roulage devrait être prioritaire les autres données sont accessoire donc je peux tolérer que cela ne fonctionne pas dans l’immédiat mais les interfaces lié à la sécurité sont pour mois prioritaire aux reste à voir dans le temps comment cela évolue **Developer response:** Bonjour Clément, Merci pour votre retour. Tout d'abord, comme vous l'avez évoqué, si la Led Inflator de la In&box est verte lorsque vous l'insérez dans votre gilet, vous êtes protégé pour rouler. Vous n'avez donc pas besoin de rester connecté à l'application en roulage. Nous sommes navrés pour les problèmes rencontrés avec la synchronisation et l'affichage de l'app. Sachez que nous avons sorti une mise à jour très récente, nous vous invitons à la télécharger et à retenter la connexion, cela devrait fonctionner. Nous avons en effet identifié dans certains cas, un affichage incorrect des kilomètres parcourus. Notre équipe d'ingénieurs travaille pour apporter un correctif. Notre priorité principale étant d'assurer et d'améliorer continuellement la détection et le déclenchement de l'airbag, je ne pourrai pas vous communiquer un délai sous lequel ce correctif sera apporté mais sachez que cette demande est bien prise en compte. Pour rappel, les données de conduite ne sont pas liées à votre protection. Votre système airbag est actif dès que la LED Inflator s'allume en vert, lorsque la In&box est allumée et insérée dans votre produit airbag. N'hésitez pas à nous joindre pour toute demande. Belle journée à vous et bonne route, ### 3/5 — Generell OK, aber... *2025-06-18, version 3.4.1* Die App erfüllt grundsätzlich ihren Zweck, allerdings bleiben einige Punkte unklar oder unausgereift: • Keine Unterstützung für 5 GHz-WLAN: Warum wird keine Verbindung über 5 GHz-WLAN ermöglicht? In keiner Anleitung wird erwähnt, dass das Modul ausschließlich 2,4 GHz unterstützt – das ist irreführend. • Fehlende Statistik-Funktion: Seit Monaten ist die Statistik nicht mehr verfügbar. Warum wurde die alte Version nicht beibehalten, bis die neue einsatzbereit ist? • Synchronisationsprobleme: Besonders zu Beginn hatte ich erhebliche Probleme bei der Synchronisation und beim Update. Diese konnten nur mit Unterstützung des (mäßig englischsprachigen) Supports gelöst werden. • Unzuverlässige Router-Verbindung: Ich vermute, dass die häufigen Verbindungsprobleme mit der Einschränkung auf 2,4 GHz und einer instabilen Kommunikation mit dem Router zusammenhängen. Andere Anbieter lösen das deutlich eleganter. The concept is good for safety I think and I don’t mind paying the money. BUT The WiFi and connection piece is absolute trash. I have no confidence the vest will deploy as a result of the continued problems with updating over the 2-3 months I have owned this. Would not recommend this as a safety device. Find another brand. I’ll update my review. The latest update has fixed the WiFi so the software is now green and that is fixed. I still struggle with synchronization….so I will ignore that. I don’t even know what synchronization does if the software update is separate. Overall I find the app clunky. Have a nice day and good road, ### 1/5 — Lost a lot of confidence in the system *2025-07-27, version 3.4.4* The In and Box system seemed to be amazing and it absolutely is, however about 3 months ago a feature of the app, whereby it tracks your millage travelled, was taken down for “improvements”. It’s still down. It’s now making me think that if their developers can’t program a fairly simple part of the app quickly and efficiently then what hope is there for the rest of the system? There is just a message in the app where the feature use to be stating it will be back shortly. However even support has now idea when or even if it will be back. Aber jetzt mehr als 90min für den WIFI Sync mit der Box (für was?). Mehrfache Verbindungsabbrüche mit und ohne Fehlermeldung. Erscheint mal eine, dann mit Hinweis, dass da wohl was schiegegangen ist(aha!) und man nun ganz besonders vorsichtig sein soll(warum? gibt es einen Sicherheitsimpact auf die Funktion der Box?). Tolle App, Gruss an die Entwicker & weiter so. Oder einfach mal das Testmanagement nicht auf die Anwender verlagern. Per quello che fa la ritengo indispensabile come l’airbag ### 5/5 — Toujours au Top et c’est tant mieux *2026-01-18* Fonction BikePlay intégrée QUELLE BONNE IDÉE ! 👏👍🏻 Utilisateur depuis la naissance du UC03, et des premiers pas d’In&Motion dans le domaine moto, et évidement de l’application, on peut dire que l’équipe In&Motion est professionnelle ( ça on s’y attendait ) mais en plus sympa et toujours prête à vous aider. En fait je n’ai jamais été en galère et ai toujours trouver à échanger avec leur service, pas de bugs, pas de plantage , un exemple de réussite pour tout ceux qui s’en moquaient préférant rester attacher à leur moto avec un bon vieil airbag à câble! In&Motion et Ixon ont ouvert la marche vers une autre dimension et ont littéralement démocratisé l’AirBag Motard(e) ! Les mises à jour successives durant ces années ( 5 ans de mémoire) ont nettement améliorées sa lecture et facilité encore et toujours plus son usage apportant de nouvelles fonctionnalités.Le choix poste, Route mais surtout Off-Road, est activable depuis l’application . La dernière que je découvre c’est la possibilité d’éteindre et allumer la InBox ! Génial plus besoin de retirer ses gants, sa veste, et son gilet pour l’allumer ! Hâte de rentrer et de tester cette nouvelle fonction très attendue.
