## What is My Inner Balance?

Finally understand what actually works for your body.

You've tried the habits. The supplements. The routines.
But one question never gets answered:

What actually works for me?

My Inner Balance helps you find out.

Stop guessing what's good for you — and start knowing.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Most wellness apps just track.
My Inner Balance shows you what matters.

After just a few days, gentle observations start to appear:

→ Which habits genuinely lift your mood
→ What's quietly draining your energy
→ How your cycle shapes the way you feel
→ What actually improves your sleep

No more guessing. No more generic advice.
Just your own patterns — made visible.

YOUR DAILY CHECK-IN (under 1 minute)

• Mood & Energy – quick 1–10 scale
• Habits – build streaks, track your week
• Supplements – stay on top of your routine
• Sleep – log hours and quality
• Cycle – optional phase awareness

PERSONAL INSIGHTS

This is where everything starts to make sense.

Early reflections begin within a few days, and your fuller personal
patterns emerge after about ten days of check-ins — the longer you
track, the clearer the picture:

"On days you walk, your mood is higher."
"Your energy seems lower in your luteal phase."
"Magnesium correlates with better sleep."

Small awareness. Big change.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-17

You can now log the individual days of your period.

Tap a day in the calendar to mark it — that's the whole action. If you want more detail, a second tap adds spotting, light, medium or heavy. Rating the flow is always optional.

Because the days themselves are logged, the length of each period is worked out for you instead of estimated. "Recent periods" shows each one with its span, and where you've rated the days, how the flow was distributed.

Spotting has its own setting and stays separate: it never starts a period and never counts toward its length.

Periods you logged before this update are kept. They appear as start dates without daily details, because that is all that was recorded at the time.

This one came from a question a user sent me: "can you mark how long the period lasted?" Now you can.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-07-16

This update introduces "This week's curiosity" — a gentle weekly observation to help you notice what affects your mood, energy and sleep. Pick one small thing to pay attention to, and see what your week tells you.

Also in this update:
• Smoother habit and supplement chips
• Small refinements throughout the app

### 1.0 — 2026-06-30
