The system is fully dynamic and can be accustomed to your own professional use. The support is second to none compared to any product or service I have ever used. The team respond immediately and welcome all feedback. This app was recommended to us by another inspection company and we have not looked back since we got on board the My Inspection App. It is extremely user friendly, no lock in contracts and well worth the monthly fee. Templates can be fully customised and personalised whilst covering EVERYTHING! Our business also utilises agreements online which comes with our subscription which once again we can’t recommend enough. When help with the app is required Roger is easy to get in contact with, a wealth of knowledge and super helpful. Makes inspecting easy . All my clients always comment on how detailed the reports are . Obviously a capture scam. App does nothing. Doesn't work. ### 5/5 — Fantastic time saver. *2025-11-18, version 12.17* I’ve been using this app for 10 years and can’t operate without it. No longer do I sit up to 2 am typing reports. I do most inclusions and defects whilst I go on my iPhone and I’ve basically finished the building inspection report as I’m leaving the site. I then sit in the car and finish it off in about 8 minutes. I’ve got to know Roger pretty well as he’s continually improving the app and requests input from his customers and he was a great help in helping me move from a canon camera and notebook to just using my phone. I have used a few inspection programs before this and I can honestly say this has been amazing. I switched over to My Inspection App just over 6 years ago and it has transformed my business in many ways. Saving time not writing reports after work has been the best part. The app has also improved over the years making it more efficient, time saving, always has the latest innovation and smartest features. The app has definitely evolved for the better over the years. It’s not just the app that’s great it the technical support that’s always amazing. If theres a problem it is resolved in hours not days. Would recommend My Inspection App to any inspector out there looking to have the best.
