## What is My Interest?

My Interest dient zur Ermittlung von Grundstücks- und Eigentümerdaten der Immobilien über den Standort (GPS-Position).
Die Verwendung neuer Zugänge BEV (Bundesamt für Eich- und Vermessungswesen) ermöglicht die tagesaktuelle Abfrage dieser Daten.
Folgende Daten werden ermittelt: Zuname, Vorname, Titel, Straße und Hausnummer, Postleitzahl und soweit vorhanden, Geburtsdatum des Eigentümers.
Weitere ermittelte Daten sind: Grundstücksgrößen und Nutzungsinformationen.
Hinweis: My Interest kann auch von 'Nicht-Österreichern' verwendet werden, sofern das abgefragte Grundstück oder die Immobilie auf österreichischem Gebiet liegen.

Die App My Interest erfüllt genau ihren Zweck. Und zwar auf einfachste Weise wird über die GPS Position ein lokales Orthofoto geladen. In diesem tippt man auf das gewünschte Grundstück oder Objekt. Einen Klick später werden die Daten bestellt. Das wars. Der Auszug kann im PDF-Format sowohl in der Historie als ach via Email betrachtet werden.
Einzig das Laden der Karte dauert etwas lange. Die Kosten für die tagesaktuellen Informationen sind äußerst günstig. Ab 25 Cent pro Abfrage.
