They came cracked with one serum specifically having nothing left in it because the serum seeped out. I have emailed 10+ times since then to get a refund or replacement. I sent many photos of the damaged product. To this day, no response, no money back or replacement. Essentially wasted my money because I could not use the product as there was none to use.
