Man kann vergangene Spangen und zukünftige auswählen und die Tragedauer ändern, diese springt abrer Wieder zurück auf „14 Tage“ die aktuellste Woche kann man nicht mal anwählen. The only thing on the app is “tips”, gallery to upload progress pictures and a option to set a tray change reminder- I can use my phone gallery to track my progress I can use my phone to set a reminder I can google tips Sadly the app has nothing individual to offer ### 1/5 — Leider nur nützlich beim 1. Versuch *2025-06-15* Ich fand die App am Anfang total toll, konnte sehen welche Zähne sich verschieben und warum es manchmal dann doch mehr schmerzte als beim Aligner davor. Tja aber nun das Aber und warum es am Ende nur 1 Stern ist. Nach den ersten 20 Schienen haben wir festgestellt, dass einige Zähne nicht so mitmachen. Also wurden neue Schienen gefertigt, diese sind nun nicht mehr abrufbar in der App, mir wird mein alter Fortschritt angezeigt, habe mehrfach den Support angeschrieben, aber keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Dann sollte man einfach keine App anbieten, wenn es keinen Support dafür gibt und niemand die aktuellen Schienen einpflegen kann. Die App wird also wieder deinstalliert. Schade… war in der 1. It doesn’t remember you, when you try to sign in you’re stuck in a cycle of entering a pin, signing in, entering a pin again. I need to see what day to change my aligners! Please start working again! ### 1/5 — Useless Face ID stopped *2025-04-05, version 6.5.1* Sort it out guys - who is user testing this??? ### 2/5 — Glitchy and poorly designed, but essential *2025-03-08* I need to use the app to submit the weekly photos to my dentist and track the trays, but the app is really poorly designed and glitchy. I get constant pop-ups about updated instructions for different countries, wear tracking works poorly, app is slow and not intuitive to use. After few days I switched to TrayMinder, using official app only to submit photos to the dentist. ### 1/5 — Annoying pop up *2025-03-05, version 6.5* This latest update has an annoying pop up that shows every time I sign in and it’s so infuriating which makes it the worst update since I’ve had the app installed ### 3/5 — Fair *2025-02-28, version 6.5* Please please PLEASE fix the “instructions for use” tab, it appears every single time I open the app and don’t go away no matter how many times I click “received” on the instructions. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Very Basic *2026-08-02, version 6.8.1* Unusable at times, if you are not connected to the internet you can’t use this app, just like the parking apps in the UK Why do you need internet access to start a removal time. Fix it, internet access is not required. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-07-29, version 6.8.1* You’d think for all the money customers are paying for treatment, the least they could do is invest in an app system that works. Constantly buggy. Always stating it’s failing to connect to servers. ### 1/5 — Notifications broken *2026-06-14, version 6.8.1* App no longer gives you a notification when it’s time to change to the next tray so it’s basically useless. ### 1/5 — Sheet update! *2026-06-12, version 6.8.1* Updated the app and they completely removed the feature for me to see the dates and details of my previous aligners (so now I don’t have the full picture). They also reset and messed up with my schedule, so took me a while to work out the dates backwards and reset it! ### 1/5 — No support option - App is trash since updated *2026-06-12* Don’t both with the support option for the app. It just take you to the Invisalign website where there’s no app help. This app was borderline okay but since the update the timer no longer works. I cannot track wear time anymore because it often either does not stop or does not log any time. For example, I put it on for half an hour, didn’t get the times up notification and when I went to stop it, it had only logged 37 seconds. Basically as soon as you leave the app the timer stops or when you stop it and leave the app, it carries on timing. Sort it out or give us a support option please! ### 1/5 — Notification failures *2026-05-22, version 6.8.1* This app has one simple job to do: then you when to change your Invisalign. Still fails at it, who knows why. I hadn’t opened it for a while, had the nagging feeling that I should have changed mine a few days earlier, opened the app, authenticated and… voila! 3 days late. What a disaster ### 1/5 — Smile simulator is awful!! *2026-03-13, version 6.7.5* Just spent so long trying to get the ULTRA sensitive smile simulator to take a selfie that my face actually hurt!! It simply isn’t fit for purpose. Deleted! ### 1/5 — No Response to ‘contact us’ *2026-03-02, version 6.7.4* The QR code does not work on 3 different iPhones, it has proved impossible to log into the app and the ‘contact us’ button generates neither an email nor a text message. Trotz Eingabe der Patienten-ID war das zunächst nicht möglich, da das Ganze durch den behandelnden Arzt freigeschaltet werden muss. Der Behandlungsplan erscheint nach Freischaltung als separate Rubrik in der Photogalerie. ### 5/5 — Impossible de se connecter sur le site et application *2021-12-17* Impossible de se connecter sur le site et application ### 5/5 — Eine super Motivation *2021-08-31* Ich hatte die App installiert und war zunächst enttäuscht, weil man trotz ID-Nummer von Invisalign seinen clincheck nicht sehen kann und dann ist diese App nur eine Erinnerung, wann der nächste schienenwechsel erfolgen sollte. Ich hatte dann aber bei meiner KFO nachgefragt und sie hat es dann per e-Mail freigeschaltet. Jetzt sieht man ganz genau, mit welcher Schiene welche Bewegung am Zahn verursacht wird. Im Kalender kann man auch direkt nach schauen, wann man auf diese Schiene wechselt. Je recommande vivement !! ### 4/5 — Room for improvement *2022-01-06* Wouldn’t it be great if the app was linked to the 3D scanned personalised treatment plan provided by Invisalign? That way I could monitor the progress week by week. The app reduces the resolution of the photos we’re invited to upload and also includes the whole face - so the detail is even harder to make out. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! We will now take this onboard and feed this back to our developers. ### 3/5 — Not interested in updates *2026-03-02* Not only am I not interested in having to take photos of my teeth every other week but I’m not interested in new updated versions either. Invisalign is expensive and it still requires the skill of an orthodontist. I’d prefer to go to the orthodontist to be checked rather than having to do this but then I’m not a fan of outsourcing anything to apps and technology so probably a bit anti app to begin with. ### 3/5 — Funktioniert so lala *2025-07-11* Von der Idee her gut, aber leider ist die App nicht immer zuverlässig. My app hasn’t updated so when I get to week 30 it will think I’m done when I’m not.
