This app is a struggle, the log in process is a time consuming, and if your phone’s screen locked or you had a phone call to answer, guess what? You’re going to sign in again and do it all over. Sometimes I think about calling my doctor’s office to get the update or pay my bill instead of going through this pain.

When I use Safari I get an error message. 

When I use Google I get an error message. 

When I use Firefox I get an error message. 

When I use Duck Duck Go I get an error message. 

I even deleted the app and tried downloading the app again for my iPhone. I got an error message. 

I have screenshots of all. 

PLEASE FIX THIS WEBSITE!!!! 🥵

This app is incredibly slow. It requires you to log in every time, and the push verification function is broken. I had to request verification code several times before it sent. Do not get the app- use the website.
