Both for me and my wife on different iPhones. Since JCA is full of mature members, I am guessing they don’t know how to deal well with technology, therefore, the bad reviews. Clearly developers did not think about majority of users. They just rushed through design without any consideration. For certain things—location info, setting up workshop appointments etc—it works well enough, but it lacks essential links, such as clickable cancellations, telephone contact, specific listings for scheduled equipment use. In addition there are some confusing redundancies. This is the kind of web design that only looks good to the designer but frustrates the user. In short, it’s a mess.
