My JAMM isn’t just about workouts—it’s a movement rooted in radical inclusion, body liberation, and joy. We serve folks who’ve been left out or let down by traditional fitness spaces: people in larger bodies, postmenopausal athletes, those in recovery from eating disorders, neurodivergent movers, and individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
