This app has been so great for my 9 year old son. He’s wanted to use it everyday. We’re a tech hesitant family for children. I like that the pace of this app is slow. It’s not overstimulating or overwhelming and addictive. It feels like a lovely safe option for my son to connect with himself and his emotions which is not easy for him.

These days there is no avoiding screen time for kids.. so as a Grammie I want to be sure my grandchildren are positively benefiting from their screen interaction.. it is very obvious that this App has been well researched and developed with careful consideration of impressionable young minds and complex emotions.. My Journey To Me is a delightful and valuable resource.. Thank you Rhiana.. 🤩

My Journey to Me has become a regular feature of our evening routine before dinner, where we take the time to share and create and talk about what the illustrations and emotions mean. It’s been a wonderful way to understand how my daughter is feeling and then be able to ask follow up questions to support her.
