I haven't been able to log on at all for two weeks and payments are very annoying and not simplified when it does work. I've realized that this company is also overpricing their energy. Typical corporate turds. Going to switch companies asap after dealing with them for years. ### 1/5 — Why bother? *2026-06-19, version 2.0.3* Looking at the update history, seems like this app hasn’t been reworked since it launched 12 years ago besides keeping it somewhat functional. My ask is this: why both maintaining the “app” at all? The mobile website is SIGNIFICANTLY better in terms of function and features. Still not the best I’ve seen, but at least modern. I’ve seen apps in the past that basically are just their mobile website within a wrapper.
