I set up a payment arrangement only to find out the next two payments are due within two days. What’s the point of setting up a payment arrangement ? They are closed on the weekends, can’t get any one to help when they are open. THIS IS THE WORST ELECTRIC COMPANY IN TEXAS. Most times it does not work. I also dispose having to type my address and everything in, every time I make a payment. I haven't been able to log on at all for two weeks and payments are very annoying and not simplified when it does work. I've realized that this company is also overpricing their energy. Typical corporate turds. My ask is this: why both maintaining the “app” at all? The mobile website is SIGNIFICANTLY better in terms of function and features. Still not the best I’ve seen, but at least modern. I’ve seen apps in the past that basically are just their mobile website within a wrapper. Thanks ### 3/5 — Really Need maintenance/work *2020-08-30* I’ve used this for several years when it comes to paying your bill it messes up a lot either you can’t fill in the info because it’s half not there or when you pay for your bill it has a loading icon forever and then it tells you to fill it out again and it doesn’t show up that you paid it even though you did. This really needs to be fixed it has many bugs in the program or something.
