ALL I need is an email change. Will be taking back! ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2022-04-03* This lock eats batteries and will not stay connected to WiFi. Every time you try to use the app it displays not connected. After about a month it stopped providing notifications when the lock was used. So I spent 149.00 for nothing! ### 1/5 — Awful Awful Awful *2024-05-29* This app, like the actual product (TruBolt) is soo bad! I have registered and signed up on the app and the system continually says wrong email/password even though I screenshot my info. No confirmation email either. As for TruBolt, this is a bunch of junk and huge waste of money. There is NO customer service number or email or social media presence so you can reach them. I didn’t even want to give this app 1 star but had to otherwise I couldn’t leave a review. Spend your money on something that has a good reputation. ### 1/5 — Temporary passcode doesn't even work *2023-10-28* Title says it all. I tried using the temporary passcode feature and it wouldn't work. Just kept telling me it was an incorrect passcode. The Wi-Fi feature of this deadbolt is pointless because none of it works properly. ### 1/5 — Can’t put a date range for the codes *2023-07-27* I didn’t think it was possible to have a mobile app that didn’t include a date range and time that you could provide access. The only option is the permanent code, or 4,8,24 hours. You also can’t put the code you want. Worst is there is no customer service to contact to troubleshoot anything. ### 1/5 — Can’t connect *2023-06-03* Can’t connect device once wifi goes off. Restart restore everything and still doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Poor Execution *2023-05-01* I’m an Electronics Engineer and am very good with technology. This lock, or should I say the App along with the written instructions are garbage! I’ve spent way too much time trying to get this lock to simply work. I just want the stupid thing to allow entry with a key code - not an unreasonable request. I used a lower cost unit without an App on my garage and was done in a couple of minutes. This, I’ll probably end up returning and try a different brand. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly. No tech support *2022-11-28* Switched phones and tried to log back in and was having trouble. Then I tried to reset my password and it said my email didn’t exist and when I did the phone number it wouldn’t send me a text. Needs more support ### 1/5 — App don’t work *2022-09-13* I can unlock door one time and have to manually lock it They app is useless ### 1/5 — Never responds *2022-07-18* The app opens and appears to be working. But it rarely ever responds. I don’t know right now if my house is actually locked or unlocked because I’m not there. I hit the “Lock” button and it doesn’t respond. It doesn’t say that it’s locked ever. You can’t log out of the app and restart it to troubleshoot, and when you try to work on it when you’re not there, it completely shuts down the app because you have to be next to it to fix it. This app needs a complete tear down and re-development. ### 1/5 — Don’t install take it back. *2022-06-20* Connection isn’t a issue, putting it in isn’t a issue.. the device itself looks great and it’s alittle cheaper. It’s not worth it. You’ll have trouble with the app and the reason your looking at this is so you can unlock it for someone when your not around or check to see if you forgot to lock it when you left.. if I had installed this on a Vrbo air b&b house it would have really set some visitors back.. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the lock in the opposite position, same thing! Also I Can Not get the lock to let me add a code to use the keyless entry?
