It also isn’t specific about why it locks you out of the app. It will say something about failed credentials. Wth does that mean?? I have to reach a banker and half the time there isn’t one available when I call. I live 13 miles from my bank, so stopping in isn’t usually an option. They’ve had at least a couple years to find-tune this app and from what I can tell nothing has improved. I’ll go back to balancing my account the old-fashioned, RELIABLE way!! ### 1/5 — New update doesn't let me into my accounts *2015-09-15* The new update has made it to where I cannot even access my account! I am entering the correct info as I'm in online checking this stuff daily and the new update says all my info is incorrect! Fix this! It's getting ridiculous!!! It would be WAY better if they could update this app daily with an accurate balance. It takes two to three days before of actually updates. I'm better off just going to the bank or ATM. To check balance. Or just keep track myself like I have been doing.
