### 3/5 — Call, not ttrxt

*2025-11-08, version 7.7*

Need to have Call reminders; not texts; as an elder, phone is more reliable to remindl/reach me. Thank you for this service.

### 2/5 — Now it goes into an error loop, even after closing and reopening, rebooting. Have to delete.

*2025-05-09, version 7.3*

5/9/25

Still nothing fixed. My doctor’s office apparently has no idea why or how they are the ones that need to add medication to my list. They didn’t delete it in the first place. It’s obvious the app developers and the medical teams aren’t communicating, let alone cooperating in app development. Apparently it’s not that important.

Previous problem ignored: Tried to chat with pharmacy on iPhone 12, but the “Start Chat” button is hidden below the print banner at the bottom of the page, and can’t be accessed. Tried to slide it up, but it doesn’t stay visible. Please fix.

Above submitted months ago, no response.
Biggest problem: a medication I take and have reordered via this app does not appear on the list for scheduling and despite communication with the developer it still doesn’t appear many months later. I had to add it myself.

Another—if a medication is scheduled any time, e.g. 10:00pm, and you don’t tell the app it was taken before midnight, it doesn’t allow you to use the “taken earlier” option for any time the previous day.

1/6/25

Just found a medication (see previous) I take and has been reordered several times, listed in “discontinued medications“ and I can’t add it back. Still no developer response that is helpful.

### 3/5 — Fine pill monitor. Could be improved.

*2025-05-02*

After MY KP MEDS was defective for several weeks, it’s back. It still only records the time scheduled to take pill rather when it actually taken, so there’s no record when you actually took that pill. That’s important info. It also does not allow you to mark a pill taken, even 1 minute before due time. Annoying that you must wait.

### 2/5 — Problems not fixed and support is unresponsive. It’s become laughable.

### 3/5 — Helpful, but has some flaws

*2025-02-05, version 7.2*

Overall, potentially very useful app, but has issues with the app and the documentation.
Automatically identifies Kaiser prescriptions and allows you to set up reminders to take meds as well as to track what’s been taken. All of that is great, but if you take meds earlier than the set schedule there is no way to just open the app and mark something as taken. You have to wait until the reminder goes off and then mark it as taken which is a really bad design. The FAQ includes info about the difference between “alerts” and “reminders”, but nowhere else in the app is the term “alerts” ever used. Managing the schedule is a bit convoluted, but easy enough to figure out and not something that has to be done often. So the app is helpful, but seems to be poorly thought out.

**Developer response:** Hello, if you would like to add a discontinued medication to your medications list, please reach out to your doctor. The only way a medication can be marked discontinued is by your doctor.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-01-03, version 7.1*

The update doesn’t allow me to order my prescriptions. It will add them to the cart and then when I go to check out they are not there. Extremely frustrating. Kaiser does everything they can to not have to actually talk to you. So it’s going to be a pain to actually get the scripts I need in time now

### 1/5 — Not useful

*2024-12-26, version 7.1*

Need glaucoma medication- the app says I have no medications on file. I don’t save the boxes as the app has worked for several years.

### 3/5 — Problems not fixed and support is unresponsive

### 1/5 — Ignores user input and refuses to update payment methods

*2024-09-19, version 7.0*

I previously ordered meds with a credit card but needed to switch to my debit card for the latest order. Should be painless right? Think again. Multiple times I attempted to switch default payment method to the debit card only for the app to ignore my choices and leave my (maxed out) credit card as the default payment method. After 3+ attempts the app finally confirmed my default payment method was updated to the debit card, so I went ahead and placed an order and double checked that my debit card would be used for payment. That should have been the end of the story…

Fast forward to today and I get a notification saying a charge was declined on my maxed out credit card. I looked and sure enough, Kaiser had attempted to charge my CREDIT card for the meds. The same card I double and triple checked wouldn’t be used, got used anyway.

I’ve since gone and deleted the credit card from the app, but weirdly the app tried to say that the payment was declined on the DEBIT card which I know for a fact never got charged. I’m attempting to resubmit payment with the debit card so we’ll see how that goes, but I’m not holding my breath to receive my medications anytime soon. Thankfully my situation is not life threatening, but in your case it very well could be, so be forewarned should you download this app.

### 1/5 — Where are my meds?

*2024-08-22, version 6.9*

After logging in, click the button to view all meds and there are none! Given that my login account should be linked to my doctors and meds, this bug makes the app unusable….

### 1/5 — User in-friendly

*2024-07-19, version 6.9*

Does not allow corrections to actual medication administration times.
Does not allow actual times for prior administration events.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — My meds.

*2026-01-24, version 7.0*

My cell is old. I need the previous version ap. Please don’t ven el it.

### 1/5 — Why Use App?

*2026-01-15, version 7.7*

So many complaints but no assurance from the App Builder that these issues are resolved. I would love to be able to use such an App but not until I see fixes in place.

### 1/5 — Can’t connect

*2025-09-12, version 7.5.1*

Can’t connect with the app or through the website to add a credit card. No prescription for me.

### 1/5 — Endless loop

*2025-06-17, version 7.4*

This app does not work. It is an endless loop. Keeps asking me to sin in over and over.

### 1/5 — Fine pill monitor. Could be improved.

*2025-06-02, version 7.4*

KPMEDS still only records the time scheduled to take a pill rather when it was actually taken, so there’s no record when you actually took that pill. That’s important to know. It also does not allow you to mark a pill taken, even 1 minute before due time. It is annoying that you must wait until the actual due time to record taken rather when you actually took it. It has become far more difficult to use. This is poor product testing.

### 1/5 — Stuck in a loop

*2025-05-16, version 7.4*

I’m stuck in a loop of Face ID and it reloading itself! Reopening the app does nothing and even canceling the Face ID does nothing as the app reloads itself.

### 1/5 — “Used to work, but now …

*2025-05-02, version 7.3*

Can no longer access this app, WHY ??? PLEASE FIX ASAP !!!

### 1/5 — I can’t login

*2025-04-21, version 7.3*

This app has become useless. I get an Error Try again message every time I try to login. I had been using the app successfully for many years. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling it many times. Contacting Kaiser tech about it is a joke. Nobody there is capable of understanding what I’m even talking about.

### 1/5 — great concept but it doesn’t work

*2025-04-17, version 7.3*

this app is terrible, it’s slow and whenever i try to view my prescriptions or refill it literally just takes me to a browser and i have to re log in every time. what is the point? this would so convenient and helpful if it actually worked but i’ll just use my browser.

### 1/5 — Why this app?

*2025-02-17, version 7.2*

Don’t see the reason for this app
