I didn’t know how much I needed this app into my life! I have been using it for 5 months and so much has changed already in terms of better habits. I now find myself consistently thinking throughout the day about what little step I can take toward specific pillars. I realize now how passive and unfocused I used to be when it came to prioritizing what mattered to me.

The app helps me stay grounded, showing me how I do in the things that matter most to me. When I don’t do well, I get to see it so I’m never unaware of how things are going. The daily awareness has helped me make significant changes and improve my relationship with myself and the people in my life. I love it and find it very insightful!
