Funded my account, instead of me to receive credit they negated my account with the amount i funded, no way to reach or contact support, pathetic. Their electricity tariff spread from Ikeja electricity tariff is unbelievably high. Fix these issues!

I funded my wallet successfully but the money isn’t showing up twice now and i can’t lose that money I need help have been trying to contact support but no way this app is frustrating i swear I need that money please i can’t even buy electricity

Im beginning to think this app is scam is up to one week now i didn’t see my money and no refund
