## What is My Link Insurance?

My Link Insurance is an exclusive app that gives Link Insurance clients access to all of their insurance information at the touch of a button, including your insurance liability card (Pink Card). Access your policy information, deductibles and coverages anywhere, anytime. In the event of a claim, collect and submit all the necessary information to help process your claim as fast as possible. Allow for push notifications to stay up to date with extreme weather alert warnings, vehicle recall notices and important policy information.

Future Policy Status
Clients can now view the status of future transactions such as upcoming renewals, cancellations, and updates directly from their policy interface. 
Contact Support - Select Policies
The new contact support form streamlines the user experience by eliminating the need to manually enter policy numbers. Users can now select one or more policies from a dropdown menu when creating a support ticket. 
Improved Marketplace Loading Experience
Enhancements have been made to reduce the waiting time when users click on "Buy Now" in the Marketplace.
Enhanced Claims and Requests Loading
Improved the performance and user experience when accessing the “Add/View New Claims” or “Change Request” pages.
