I received an email from LLS that my login will remain the same as in the past. I've been participating non Stop in TNT for 8 years and using the app for at least 6 events so I know my login. When I try to log into the app now, I get a message saying my login is no longer active. ### 2/5 — Very frustrating! *2015-12-30, version 2.5.1* I used the app for my 2014 run & overall it worked fine but for my upcoming event I can't log in & there are no error messages or even a contact number on the front page. It's insanely frustrating! I love the org & wouldn't be here without it. That being said we need this app to function better. I need to access the full site but there is no option for that. It also keeps telling me I have no events registered under my username- which is the same username I've used since my diagnosis in 2006. I'm frustrated with this app & the light the night website. When I was using the app, I entered all my info and clicked donate. I then got an error saying the transaction could not be processed. I tried again, thinking maybe my info was wrong. Clicked donate, same error. So I went to the website... My card gets declined... So I'm thinking how?! The app processed my payments both times, did not credit my page, and now I'm missing $600. Ugh! What s nightmare ### 1/5 — This app would be awesome if it gets fixed! *2013-05-22, version 2.0* I love the concept behind the app. I just wish it worked. When I click accept donation button it practically freezes up while loading. It usually works after about 5 minutes. That just isn't practical if hosting a benefit or in a situation where multiple people want to donate. Who wants to wait in line to donate? ### 1/5 — Can't sign in *2013-05-22, version 2.0* Updated the app and now it won't sign in. Window pops up that says no contacts loaded and then it won't sign in. The website is also poorly designed but you can do more. Neither the app or website allows you to cache your log in. Isn't that the point of the app, you're always logged in? And since I can't delete, I can't try and re-install. BUT I'm not able to log into the website from my phone!! Argh! ### 1/5 — Amazing Organization Horse Shxt App *2016-03-13, version 2.5.1* This is my fourth event with TNT. The organization is amazing. This app falls far below the quality I see elsewhere in the organization. I have entered checks 4,5 or 6 times to have the app fail over and over again. It's infuriating. Please fix this ASAP. Not everyone is going to be as accepting as your alumni. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2015-11-03, version 2.5.1* The app is absolutely ridiculous, logs you out every time you click on a new section. Very frustrating when you're trying to organize a team. ### 1/5 — Very Frustations *2015-09-23, version 2.5.1* To echo the sentiments of the other reviews, using the app is vey frustrating to say the least. When you login in, it does not allow you to register for the current year's LTN event - only allows you to view years prior. The app freezes often and takes several attempts to to get to the actual page you are attempting to access and when you do access the page it only has very limited info. I only downloaded the app bc the website wouldn't allow me to login via safari from a mobile device, the only option was to download the app, which is very little help. ### 1/5 — Can not login... *2015-06-22, version 2.5.1* Entered my password, and can not login. It would be a great tool if I could actually accept donations but it crashes when I take a picture of the check and when entering credit card info. Please fix this bug! ### 1/5 — Doesn't Work Very Well *2014-12-15, version 2.4.1* The app supposedly let's you deposit your fundraising checks, but what really happens is that it opens a page in your browser on your phone and then you are supposed to be able to deposit the checks there...it used to work about 50% of the time. But now it never works. It is easy to receive donations via check and credit card.
