I put in my password and nothing happens. It just spins and spins like it wants to open. I emailed twice to find out what to do with no response. Usually first thing in the day. However, now it is crashing every time I try to open a Videos folder and the the photos folder. I am unable to open the app and see any of my items that I’ve saved and they are not backed up anywhere else.
