We’ve tried several times over the past couple months. I’m convinced they’re never going to fix this issue. ### 1/5 — Asks For Way Too Much Information *2026-10-12, version 2.3.0* I have apps from 3 states that Ive lived in (including the DC lottery app) and this is the only one that doesn’t allow you to check your cards without asking for your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I stupidly put it in anyway, but it didn’t even work. I downloaded it just now to check a ticket and I can’t even do that on this app. It’s a waste of space and time. ### 1/5 — Lousy scanner *2026-10-11, version 2.3.0* Getting the ticket scanner to work is so time consuming. I play the games but just want to verify I am correct. It takes an act of God to finally get a ticket to scan. MD Lottery makes plenty of money they could at least have a decent app. ### 1/5 — App sucks *2026-10-11, version 2.3.0* Just wanted to check to see if tickets are winners don’t waste your time downloading it ### 1/5 — Sucks *2026-10-09, version 2.3.0* This app sucks. Can’t even scan a ticket without writing a book. ### 1/5 — This app sucks *2026-10-07, version 2.3.0* Get it off here ### 1/5 — Scan Now doesn’t work! *2026-09-26, version 2.3.0* I can never get the Scan Now feature to work when checking scratch off tickets. It takes entirely too many tries for the tool to read the QR code. The MD Lottery app doesn’t have these issues so I don’t understand why they aren’t using the same tool on this app. I’d rather drive to a lotto machine and check my tickets there than to keep fighting with this app. ### 1/5 — This app sucks *2026-09-26, version 2.3.0* The scanning function makes me want to lose my mind. ### 1/5 — Site Errors *2026-09-25, version 2.3.0* Multiple tries and the site doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Horrible scanning *2026-09-20, version 2.3.0* The scanning features havw to be improved. You would tend to give up trying to scan a ticket for 20 minutes. ## Frequently asked questions about My Lottery Rewards ### What is My Lottery Rewards?
