This app deceives you into thinking your signing up and paying for one month @ £19 - I thought I’d paid for just one month which is all i needed- they then decided to charge me another £19 despite me not proceeding with any subscription!!! Be very careful- they will con you and you won’t receive any refund!!!

Avoid avoid avoid!!!
You don’t get anything what they advertise!!! 
The recipes are bland and basic.  
No choice at all. 
Very disappointing!!!

Doesn’t show carb/fat/protein ratios. Is very basic with a few recipes to select from. Dinner options seem to be a portion of lunch rather than an additional meal. Pleased I only purchased 1 month as any more I’d have been even more disappointed at the money I’d spent on this and that was with 50% discount! Not worth the money.

My husband was told in the beginning of the year that he needed to lose weight. Needless to say that never happened. So I went searching!! I hit on this low carb diet. Shocked and amazed how much easier to cook for him knowing what to cook. Month 3 and I’m happy to say he’s losing weight and is sticking to the diet that I received from you!! Thanks millions!!
