The only thing I wish was that it had a time tracker built in, but that’s not a big deal. This makes documentation easy peasy between supervisor and practicum student or associate. **Developer response:** I am so grateful to know that the app has brought some joy to you! Update Nov 25: Added! ### 4/5 — App tracks well *2025-04-14* Decided to try out this app and have been using it for a couple of months to track my licensing hours for LPC-Associate. It’s user friendly and very convenient, and allowed for detailed notes. Opened the app this morning, 3/14/25, to discover that I suddenly had to register as though I was a new user and it looked as if the app had erased/lost all record of all the entries I’d made. Not sure how it happened as I hadn’t logged out, but the developer reached out to me to explain that Apple generated a new email for the account when I selected to keep my email private while signing back in. Should this happen to you, be sure to check the login email. **Developer response:** Thank you for trying it out and letting me know how it worked out for you! Indeed, Apple’s private account option is useful but takes some getting used to. And as for the timeout, I actually didn’t build one in but there may have been some security and storage settings on your phone that may have resulted in your being logged out. I’ll definitely look into how we can keep that from happening on our end. The app is user-friendly, making it easy to log everything I need without any hassle. What really stands out, though, is the creator Kerry. They are not only super helpful and kind but also incredibly responsive. Whenever I’ve had questions or run into any issues, they've been quick to offer assistance and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is working smoothly. Thank you! ### 1/5 — This app lost all my hours *2025-03-14* Decided to try out this app and have been using it for a couple of months to track my licensing hours for LPC-Associate. It was user friendly and very convenient, and allowed for detailed notes. Opened the app this morning, 3/14/25, to discover that I suddenly had to register as though I was a new user and the app had erased/lost all record of all the entries I’d made. Fortunately, I had only just started and so will be able to rebuild my tracking on my own spreadsheet. Guess this app might be useful if used in tandem with a second method to track - ditch the spreadsheet indeed… I DO NOT recommend this app! **Developer response:** Yes, this happens when you delete your account in Settings, or you create an additional account with a different email address, or you use a different method to log in when you are using a gmail.com address, because the app allows you to do all three. What the app doesn’t do is delete accounts (what the body of your review indicates you did) nor delete hours (what the title of your review misleadingly implies). The account you created in January still exists in the system, so your original account was not deleted, and therefore your hours and data still exist. I reached out to get information from you after your first email asking for assistance, and while I understand your technical concern, my concern is more toward the fact that you know me personally through our professional networking group, already knew the channels through which you could have contacted me directly, that you instead chose to go straight here. Hence my attempts to contact you. And while the ACA doesn’t explicitly prohibit product reviews of fellow counselors in this context, that you would choose to do so in our shared circumstance is a low blow. ### 1/5 — Apple M1 Chip *2025-03-06* Can't download on mac due to not having a chip although my OS is fine.
