If you have a leftover balance when you’re moving out or no longer want to use them, they will not refund you. I’ve called two times and they say it’s processing, but it’s been almost one month and no refund received. There is an option to send pre determined complaints. i sent it with the idea to be reimbursed the 3 dollars spent to wash. Next washing there was not enough money to dry because was not reimbursed and would have to deposit $20 more. WTF! I took all the wet clothes from the machine and walked to the closest Cleaning Service. I lost $3.00 and $2.00 kept in the fund so it’s $5.00 lost from $20.0. Initially, I was not happy that I had to load a minimum of $20 onto the app to do a single load of laundry during my trip, however, it was exceptionally easy to request a refund of the unused funds via email! The Magic Pass support team responded within an hour of my request for refund and the funds are automatically coming back to my credit card.
