They changed the password. I logged in. Had to use my work computer to then change the password again. Got logged in. Less than 60 days later, broken. Again. I use the app to pay and schedule service. Their fix...change the password again. Pretty much the last time I'll even bother with the app. If it fails again I'll just cancel their services and go elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Submit request never works *2022-08-27* One thing a customer would use the app is to submit any service requests with details, at their own convenience, not relying on office hours. We have Landscape Services and have had reported issues without resolution. Each time thy come out I’m told that the lawn doesn’t get enough sun. The app doesn’t work either and their customer service people have said “it never does” C’mon Massey you said you were the best. Well, that didn’t happen it’s been at least a dozen attempts on my part to be able to sign in. So I just called and it’s now set up for auto pay, I think maybe it’s not working is my new to me iphone15, and Massey hasn’t updated there software to recognize newer iPhones.
