I highly recommend this app for everyone from New to experience. Bruce has such an approachable teaching method, always an engaging and nonjudgement way to learn and practice yoga and the app is very easy to use.

I have taken in-person classes with Bruce previously but now am traveling abroad, so happy to be able to move, meditate and practice from distance with his app!
