I took a ovhc from medibank. When it was time to cancel, I had an extremeley hard time getting hold of someone over phone as you can only cancel policy over call. Terrible experience.

It’s 2026, you would think a corporation as big as MBP, with their squillions in annual profits could provide a more functional, intuitive app experience. For example, keeping a list of regularly claimed pharmacies and prescribing GPs so that every single time one makes a pharmacy claim they’re not inputting the exact same information. Common sense is not very common it seems.
