Easy to set up an account as linked to NHS App. Clear info on how to use it. It probably won’t work if you’re not a patient of Southampton hospital. ### 5/5 — My Medical Record *2021-08-11, version 2.0.0* I was introduced to this App in late 2018 by my local hospital when I was diagnosed with cancer and was set up my my Macmillan Nurse. All my records are on there to do with my hospital appointments, blood test results, etc, etc. And any trip I make to the hospital for whatever reason it’s all noted and you’re emailed to let you know the results are there. ### 4/5 — Works well for me. *2025-09-03, version 3.4.0* The app now suggests there’s a new one so I presume that’s the one that’s browser based and you get text/email notifications to check. For me this current one works fine and is much easier/quicker to access using just a finger print. ### 4/5 — Delete and download again *2023-03-26, version 2.2.0* I had the same problem, so had no choice but to delete the app and reinstall. The app hasn’t been updated in over a year! Poor really but there you go.
