To make things worse, everything’s in German and I cannot change the language or find any settings whatsoever. The recipes are so repetitive, I’d estimate there would have to be less than 30 and I selected virtually every option in the quiz so that’s not to blame. Save your money. It’s a reoccurring charge to access recipes that you have paid for so you no longer have access to them once you cancel they canceled the date you cancel. No indication that these are personalized recipes. It’s a reoccurring charge to access recipes that you have paid for so you no longer have access to them once you cancel they canceled the date you cancel the billing cycle to complete. The recipes are also flavorless and a lot for one person. They prefer the spy hide their name as something that makes no sense on your card so that you are uncertain what’s even charging you. **Developer response:** Hello! Fighting them now with my bank. (You can find all these recipes for free via Google) the cancelation process is ridiculous. I had to email them twice and was reminded multiple times that if I just stick with the program I can reach my goals! It’s been 3 weeks and I’m STILL getting charged! When you agree to the subscription you are also signing up for the myketodiet app and charged through that app as well. The meals photographed on the adverts are just click bait. These meals aren’t even included in the recipes. This is actually a Keto app and not specific to The Mediterranean Diet. What a waste of £20, this app should not be allowed on sale. When I paid $50 for 2 months of access. I thought I got access to meal plans and videos and exercises. But apparently you had to pay extra for all that. Within 24 hours I emailed telling them this wasn’t what I thought and I don’t think it was what I wanted. And they pretty much said that’s too bad. No refunds. So all in all. There is no “cancel subscription” choice on the app- they make you email back and forth and follow links to cancel. I canceled 2 later and, not only did I not receive refund but they continued to charge my card. You have to email (I did 3 times) but they never respond.
