This has to be the worst ER in Houston with hospital staff walking around with their hands in their pockets doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. If I could rate it lower than one star I would that place does not care about the people coming in for help at the ER. From the moment I arrived, every member of the staff treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Everyone made me feel comfortable, cared for, and well informed throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Dr. Daniel Bradke for his outstanding care. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible treatment. His expertise, patience, and genuine compassion truly made a difference. I am incredibly grateful to the entire Memorial Hermann team for their dedication and excellent patient care. Thank you all for going above and beyond. I CANT FIND A DOCTOR ON THIS DAMN PLAN!!!!! It’s too damn complicated !!!! I want to get my hormones checked, my moles checked and to figure out my thyroid and nobody cares !
