All of a sudden my device is not supported?? My phone has updated ios and its not jailbroken. This app is ridiculous

As other users may have already stated, the log in process is way too cumbersome for an app just used to track a utility bill. 

The other thing is reporting an issue. When I reported a wire that may have gotten loose due to the heavy downpour, the support request reflects that I reported a brownout!!

Related to that, support updates is frustrating. The request status is not yet updated even 24 hours after it was escalated via a call this morning.

I tried entering the OTP code that was texted to me but my keyboard won’t pop up.  I’ve tried this multiple times already and you haven’t fixed the issue

My electric bills are always posted late. Even though I paid weeks ago, the system still keeps saying “pay immediately,” which creates confusion and frustration. I have two accounts, and I paid both before the due dates, but only one account shows the payment history. I’m frustrated with this app.

Perhaps a few more tweaks on the software since it’s still relatively laggy and unresponsive; especially with viewing bills. It doesn’t update the paid bills too on the home page of the app

I just downloaded this application and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The app kept lagging even though my internet connection is stable. The app crashed more than once while I was using it. I ended up being frustrated and a waste of time. I uninstalled it shortly after downloading. Hopefully, developers can fix the issues in future updates.

My experience with the Meralco app has been consistently frustrating, forcing me to give it a one-star review. The primary issue is the login process. It is unnecessarily difficult and overly complicated for an app that is supposed to provide simple utility services, like viewing a bill.
I understand the need for security, but this isn't a high-security banking app. The current login system creates a terrible user experience, blocking access to basic functions. An app's first job is to be accessible, and this one fails at that first hurdle. Until the login process is streamlined and made more user-friendly, the app remains practically unusable for me.

I liked the old app better than this one. Difficult to create an account. Not user friendly. I tried to log in using email and said that my account is connected to my social media. I tried to log in using social media/gmail and said that my account was already registered using the same email. I cannot pay my bills on time. Always showing error both in app and website. What a trash!
