### 2/5 — Two stars because of your billing

For some reason I am not receiving all bills in the mail and while I am able to bring the up on this app there is no way to print them off from the app also when paying a bill you can not select the bill you wish to pay. This app still needs work.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback - you can turn off paperless billing from within the app if you'd like to still receive bills in the mail. Unfortunately, our billing system does not allow for complete flexibility with the payment services that we can offer digitally. I’ve had to delete and re-download about 8 times in the last month to try and the app to work at all and not just spin. 
For the millions upon millions upon millions of dollars this company makes, you could at least use some of that on an app that is superior.

It started out decent… super convenient but a few bugs with Facial Recognition/login/authentication. Now, it’s practically unusable. Another case of security efforts on steroids destroying what functionality the app once had.

This app was working fine until I switched phones and they initiated an app update. Now, I am unable to retrieve my username/password. I received an email to reset the password in the app but when you click on the email link the app just goes to a screen with a spinning circle and never refreshes. Not great especially since this is the primary method of communicating with the doctors and other healthcare providers.

I have spent 2 days, trying to contact a human being via phone, and email! I keep getting automated responses , or call the highlighted number for additional log in help . I have followed every email link, made every phone call and used the temporary codes provided and I still can’t log into this new Bon whatever Mercy app !! Ridiculous to have this many problems internally and pass them onto the consumer , our medical records should be protected , however should be assessable to us without so  many underlying internal  problems

This is ridiculous- as i try to register as a new user ( though I already have my chart) i never got past my name and email - when I tried to put in gender the screen turned white and wouldn’t move - i tried this 8 times and ultimately couldn’t get beyond my first name before it turned white

I had some hope for this app. What is the point when you search for your primary care doctor who is part of Mercy Health it come up not found. Then I tried searching for any doctors in my area it comes up with no one. I will probably just delete my account and remove the app. I added my insurance it isn’t showing up.  What is the point of this app?

Works perfectly fine until you have an upcoming appointment then it will decide it doesn’t want to work anymore. You can call the office and they’ll have no idea why it’s doing it so then you have to reschedule when you really need someone to talk to or something done. Even uninstalled the app and reinstalled like on another review that they left and still didn’t work. Never doing online visits again

This app is garbage. Cannot create an account. Navigation does not work between fields. Font is ridiculously small and pastel colors provide no contrast. While entering info, flashes to white screen, no way to go back. Go out, go back in, all previously entered data is gone.  
Try again and again and again, etc. 
still no luck. Useless, frustrating, nonfunctional.

I’m trying to create an account to do my pre-check and I can’t even create one. Every time I click the arrow to go to the next piece of info it wants, the screen glitches and goes blank. Then it deletes any info you’ve already put in. Extremely frustrating.

I had this app on my galaxy and it was terrible. I thought it may be better on the iPhone but it’s worse. I’m not kidding when I say the app takes 10 minutes to load and sometimes it doesn’t load at all. The MyChart app is way better. I have to go on the computer if I want to do anything through mercy now.  I have to uninstall and redownload the app just to use it once.

After using this app to read messages from my healthcare team over the last week or so I am starting to dread how often such messages will come.   To fire up the app takes several seconds just to load, then I have to go thru the sign on, then the double authentication routine, then another long wait, then on to messages, and finally to learn this terribly important news they are closed on the holiday.  Come on.  Please don’t use this app for non confidential stuff.

I like this app because it does so many things that MyChart doesn’t - I can book more types of appointments with this and navigate to them without clicking and it’s much easier to use overall. But I did experience some slowness in loading screens that were frustrating me. In the most recent update the screen loading is fixed and I’m glad it’s back to working as expected. Thank you for the fix!

The app is great! I make my appointments using the app, find new doctors, refill my prescriptions, view my records, and pay my bill all in one place. The other day, I used the app to look up the phone number and call my new primary care doctor’s office because I was running late. I also used it at the doctor’s office to pull up the results of a blood test that I had a couple of months ago.

I love having all my information in one place and so accessible.

The new My Mercy Health app is wonderful to be able to read all of your bloodwork and testing and stuff like that IF IT EVER WORKS!!!
I love using it but two out of three times when I try to use it it just has that little blue circle going around and around and around for five minutes and never comes onto the site! Please, please, please fix this error because it is driving me up a freaking wall. I use this app a lot and it’s extremely hard to ever get on it because it will not turn itself on fix your bugs.
