I’m setting it up again, right now! It keeps saying it isn’t connected, then my brother gets 188 ping on his PlayStation, FIGURE IT OUT. ### 2/5 — Not so good *2026-05-15, version 1.0.7* I always reinstall this apps regarding in the connection of the internet thru modem. Made a login and I manage two households and it randomly crashes or logs me out and can’t get back into my account and if I do it doesn’t show my house holds so I have to re do ever mesh in both homes to see it again. Just lost power at 5am main internet is working but the mesh network isn’t. And of course when I open mymesh app it says ‘setup’ and when I click it IT DOES NOTHING!!! I can’t even go to a sign in page. I’m about to break up with mymesh it’s giving me too many headaches lately ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work from the get go *2023-12-15, version 1.0.7* I bought a meshforce M7 3 pack from Amazon. I connected the first node to my modem and the default network came right up without problems. Then I launched this app, which identified the network as being a dynamic IP, which is fine. The next step was to reset the SSID to one of my own choosing. I tried to apply the settings but it simply would not work. It pretended to do so but it would not advance past that screen. Exiting the app and re-launching, rebooting iPhone, rebooting node, nothing worked. Perhaps I tried one of the other nodes in the box it would’ve worked, but if I have to start jumping through those sorts of hoops I figure I’m better off replacing the entire product with something better like a TP link deco. ### 1/5 — What the heck happened? *2023-08-27, version 1.0.7* I gather viewers. I had great luck the first couple years with the app and the mesh system but now it’s absolutely terrible. App locks on setup screen and cannot access previously blacklisted kids computers. Please fix and I will change my review but for now this is unfortunate. ### 3/5 — Great then disappointing *2023-08-11, version 1.0.7* I loved this app, as I often have internet issues I’m my area it allowed me to quickly isolate the problem isn’t with my Mesh. The mesh system itself have proven extremely reliable. It randomly no longer works. Don’t understand how it can be on the same network and Randomly stop working. At least the Mesh system seems to still work well, fairly expensive system if the app stops working 3-4 years into owning. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2023-07-23, version 1.0.7* App keeps crashing. We moved and unable to set up at new location. Please update the software. ### 2/5 — Not very useful *2023-05-22, version 1.0.7* This is a mostly useless app that gives you no control over anything in the network. It only lets you see what devices are connected to which node but you can’t take any action on devices or nodes. You can’t reboot a node, disconnect a device, move a device to another node or test internet speed. I’m not sure why they made it other than for setup. Couldn’t able to setup the mesh wifi. ### 2/5 — MyMesh *2022-07-09, version 1.0.7* Bought a system with 5 ms3 dots in August 2021 and it was easy to setup and worked great giving me coverage over 100 feet away in my shop. A couple months ago I started having weak coverage except in the main places in home. No outside coverage at all. I’ve contacted several times with all different suggestions but nothing I’ve tried works. I did a complete start from scratch and it kind of works, but it’s nothing close to what it was when new. The app will say connecting and then success, only to turn around and say failed to connect to the internet. Yet it shows all my cubes or dots on the app as excellent signal even though the light is red instead of green. I’m almost ready to give up and buy something else although I don’t really want to. This company doesn’t want to engineer a great product and I’m now never buying anything they make cause it’s evident they don’t want to be the best or even bug free. Never any updates that’s ridiculous and proof they didn’t care to improve at all. ### 3/5 — Parental control not very good *2022-01-19, version 1.0.7* Great app. Particularly like that I can group all my kids’ devices and set time limits and turn off just their wifi. The problem is, any kid can simply download the app and change the stuff...... as my kid did. They are smart and it is easy to do. I emailed tech support twice and both emails came back as undeliverable. I’ve went to their website to try and find support, but their website is full of ads. None of the emails work and none of the phone work numbers work.. There is no way to get in touch with support. I had to go out and buy a new system because I’m not able to get the current one to work properly. The system was a waste of money and I do not recommend it. I’m not even sure if it is getting updates like it should. ### 1/5 — Company has gone dark *2025-11-05, version 1.0.7* Attempted to email support and lo and behold the email bounced back. Registration page for products gets a 404 error and customer support is non-existent. They are still selling products but have not updated the app in several years and in later versions of iOS it has become useless. Guess the 15 nodes I invested in are now worthless since they cannot even be registered or added to the app. My advice when it comes to mesh systems is go with a company that has been around for many years and actually cares about their customer. When it comes to mesh force products my advice is to RUN AWAY from them so you don’t lose out on your money. ### 1/5 — Trash System and software. *2025-09-05, version 1.0.7* Bought this a few years ago, it doesn’t connect anymore, and there has been no updates. Hope you guys add more features to this app that can make our user experience even better ! ### 5/5 — Meshforce M7 Tri-Band Mesh WiFi System (1 Pack) *2021-02-16, version 1.0.6* I owned a Linksys ea6400 wireless router before this. My connection with the mesh router is MUCH faster. Setup in the app was a breeze. My house is 2100 square feet and the signal is strong throughout the house.
