We are extremely happy with the Windsor EV, which is nicely engineered, roomy cabin, modern interiors and features and 400 plus km real world range. Both apps are easy to use. ### 1/5 — Worst after Sales Service *2026-03-14* I purchase the vehicle and found that company providing worst after sales service to the customers. They do the accident of customer car and ask for the money to repair it. Company following unethical Spare Parts selling tricks with customers. You do lifetime follow-ups, and no one will listen. They threat to the customer by saying do whatever you want. Do you want to associate with this kind of company, or are you ready to pay for the Repair, which is due to their mistake? ### 1/5 — Worst Car ever *2026-03-11* The worst Vehicle Company serving in India. The worst day for me when I decided to purchase a car of MG. Since day 1 at dealer’s door I complained for the faulty vehicle not to deliver. But they arranged to convince me for take the faulty car and latter I have to talk many seniors of MG but only false promise they have made. Problem arises day by day but the vehicle was not changed. Still MG used to repair the brand new vehicle again and again but all in vain. I request MG to keep your vehicle as a gift from my side as I drive this car only at 8-9 occasions in last 3 and half years due to the fault. The vehicle has been kept at your service station maximum time. ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2026-01-04* From last one month MG team is just prolonging the profile update of mine and now they have changed the primary contact number and now the vehicle is in unbind state. When I called the customer care for support they are simply saying the issue was resolved and if not I have to go to service centre physically and they may help. Pathetic service ever experienced. ### 1/5 — 0 Servicing Slots since a month *2025-10-25* What’s the point of building an app if you won’t update available service slots on the app? I have tried 7-8 times in last 1 month and every time it shows 0 slots available for Mahadevpura and Electronics City. And when I spoke to your customer care agent - she is repeatedly asking me to visit the service station saying Pick up and drop slots are not showing on the app. Last time I went to the service station - they wasted the whole day making me wait. Now again - I’ll just have to waste one whole day because of such random processes of MG. Never had any such issues in 5 years of using Hyundai. ### 1/5 — Worst customer care service and dangerous too *2025-09-26* I bought mg Windsor essence pro one month back from Dehradun deelaraship they have entered their mobile number in my mg app instead of mine. They have all control of my car. Inspite of complaints to them customer care they have not changed. Every time I call mg customer service they are saying it will be done within 24 hours. One month over that mobile number is not changed and my car and all control location are there with them. I have never seen such car company so worst and dangerous. Planing to file police complaint after their frustrating response. I will never buy mg cars. Not recommended to anyone ### 5/5 — My MG App *2025-02-24* This app is really convenient. Its interface is simple and includes only required service tabs. I have been using this app since I bought my first MG vehicle 3 years ago and have not faced any issues till date. ### 2/5 — MG Windsor *2025-01-29* I have bought MG Windsor Essense last week. Very nice smooth and fun to drive car. Happy with the drive quality and features. But the infotainment system needs major redesign. Key points after one weeks user experience.” 1. Infotainment display is locked, you put on turn indicators, after indicator goes off, screen is unlocked 2. Every time you restart the system, headlight goes to auto mode, drive mode resets to Eco. Car should allow to configure default settings. 3. All play, select buttons on Jiosaan are small. Difficult to press while driving. 4. Toggle button should be provided for moving between CarPlay/auto and MG UI 5. Some shortcut on screen to switch off engine, AC and mute music can be provided. Instead of having icons of mirror, headlight, settings on main screen, you can provide buttons for AC, mute, engine off, mirror fold, headlight on off. Why need to navigate thru multiple menus to do simple tasks. Or provide freedom to add key shortcuts on main screen as per their choice. 6. Overall very bad user experience in the entire UI design. Not expecting much from Jio team anyway. 7. Very few apps available for download. Learn from other car manufacturers. 8. No better feature to locate nearest Charging station. ### 5/5 — Amazingly convenient *2024-08-31* The app is really convenient to use. The response feedback from the car has helped me several times to know things about my MG car which I couldn’t ever with any other of my old cars. Specially the vehicle performance tracker helps me understand my driving habits and help to improve them from time to time. ### 2/5 — Checkout option unavailable in e-shop section *2024-05-31* In the e-shop section, the app does allow to add items to cart but there is no option available to checkout.
