Many of the links don't load. Feedback form does not load. Stop blocking VPNs. Don't expect users to run their browsers and phones at the lowest possible security and privacy level just to use your app! Make sure your app works with VPNs and with lock down mode on!

**Developer response:** Hi, and thank you for notifying us of your concerns.

The current Feedback form may have issues with slower Internet connections; thus, we are updating and the updated Feedback form will be available in the next app release. We are unable to recreate the additional issues you reported, in that all referenced links in the app have been tested and found working.

We wanted to make you aware that the app is not dependent on the device’s VPN status nor is network traffic blocked at the app level. Usage requires a stable Internet connection only for external links and app updates (i.e., the app will display locally stored content when the iOS device is offline).

I don’t understand the point of the app. Every time I try to find out more information about any given topic it just redirects me to the website. So the app is pretty much just a massive quick link. Just go to the website.

A feature unique to the app is our new For Me feature, located in the benefits tab, that helps you find resources and benefits for your personalized situation.
