But also once you get past that there seems to be a glitch where there’s spaces to pay for new equipment or workers but it only shows you the price not what you’re buying? I’ve tried shutting down and reopening the game but doesn’t change. Bit pointless and has put me off playing the game. When the game freezes and I’m forced to close and restart it, I lose the game money I’ve earned. This happens frequently, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to recover the lost money. Please fix the freezing/crashing issues and consider reimbursing players for money lost due to the game being forced to close. It’s difficult to enjoy the game when progress and rewards keep disappearing. Update 9/4/26 - I was told to contact support, which I did 8/24/26, but I still haven’t received a response. Are you actually looking into the issue, or are you directing me to support because it’s a standard response to Apple reviews? I’ll like a direct answer on whether the game is being fixed instead of being told to contact support and then ignore.
